What screening looks like
- Someone calls your fone.me number, or a number you forward to it.
- Your agent answers, says it is your assistant, and asks who they are and what they need.
- You get a summary and a transcript. If you want to take the call, your phone can ring first and you hear who it is.

Say "ring my phone first" in the chat and confirm your phone. When someone calls your fone.me number, your phone rings and you hear who it is: press 1 to take it, or let your agent handle it.
Private and in your control
- Only you see your calls and messages.

- You can take over any chat at any time.
Questions
Does it block spam calls? It answers every caller the same way and tells you what they wanted, so you decide. It does not promise to block calls.
Will callers know it is an AI? Yes. It says it is your assistant, and that the call is transcribed.
Do I need an app? You can set it up on the website, the iPhone app or the Mac app. Callers need nothing: they call a number or open your link.
